Head of the Israeli Energy Forum

 

Founder and director (2008-2015) of the Israeli Energy Forum (IEF) – a non-profit NGO promoting sustainable energy in Israel. Since 2021, the Policy Director of IEF.
Politics: Since 2021, Co-chairperson of the Green Movement Party.
Was a member of the 20th Knesset – the Israeli Parliament, between 2015-2019. Represented the Green Movement Party as part of the Zionist Union list.
As Member of the Knesset, I was the chairperson of the Subcommittee for Advancing Technologies for Renewable Energy, a member of the Environment Protection and Internal Affairs Committee, and of the Science and Technology Committee. Aside from the formal committees was co-chair of the Environmental and Social Lobby, and co-chair of the Animals Protection Lobby.
Education: M.A.in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, B.Sc. in Physics from the “Amirim” honors program at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Served in IDF as an intelligence officer in the 8200 unit.
