With experience in electrical engineering, project management, and product development, Shon leverages a dynamic blend of interpersonal finesse and technical acumen to manage & empower a thriving community of over 4500 individuals. Fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and innovation, while driving engagement and spearheading building impactful initiatives that drive positive change within the energy sector and beyond. Shon has a BSc in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power and Energy Systems.
