A senior public sector director specializing in strategic planning, economic development, and energy policy. She currently serves as Senior Director for Infrastructure, Budget, and Policy Planning – Economy & Energy at the Tkuma Directorate. Her work includes advancing large-scale renewable energy projects designed both to secure reliable energy infrastructure and to generate sustainable revenue streams for local authorities the Tkuma region.
Previously, Ms. Oz served as Director of Monitoring and Control in the Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, overseeing national transportation infrastructure projects such as the electrification of bus terminals and the development of Bus Rapid Transit corridors. She began her government career in the Civil Service Cadet Program.
In addition to her public service, she has led international partnerships, fundraising, and diaspora engagement initiatives with Hashomer Hatzair World Movement and the Jewish Agency for Israel. Ms. Oz holds an Executive MPA from Baruch College (CUNY) and a B.A. in Government and Society from the Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo.
