Sagit Chen is the CEO of Teralight and has been an integral part of the company since its inception, playing a key role in initiating its first renewable energy projects. During the past five years, Sagit has held senior executive roles in the company, including Deputy CEO and VP of Business Development & Legal. In these positions, she has led strategic initiatives and forged major partnerships with key players across the energy sector, including large-scale project financing transactions, regulatory and commercial initiatives, and the development of some of Israel’s largest renewable energy projects.
With over 15 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, Sagit brings deep expertise in leading large-scale, complex projects — spanning strategy, financing, and deal structuring. Prior to joining Teralight, she was a partner at prominent law firms, where she specialized in renewable energy, infrastructure, and project financing.
Sagit holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, as well as LL.B. and B.A. degrees in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
