Meet Daniel, Development Manager at EnergyCom, Israel’s leading energy innovation community.
Daniel is responsible for building and managing international partnerships, creating strategic opportunities for key players across the energy ecosystem, and leading the annual mapping of Israel’s energy and climate-tech landscape. His work sits at the intersection of innovation, policy, entrepreneurship, and investment, supported by a deep understanding of the ecosystem and a broad network spanning startups, investors, corporates, academia, and government.
Daniel holds a degree in Biology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and finnishing his MBA in the Open University. He began his professional journey as an entrepreneur in Tel Aviv’s recreation and urban culture scene, before shifting his focus toward impact-driven work in sustainability and energy. This transition led him to found “Alternativa- Israel’s Sustainability Podcast,” where he hosts in-depth conversations with thinkers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and leaders shaping a more resilient and sustainable future for Israel.
Through innovation creations, community-building, content, and cross-sector collaboration, Daniel works to connect people, ideas, and systems- bridging energy innovation with broader social and environmental impact.
