Eliraz Shipman-Berman is the Head of Renewable Energy in the Sustainable Energy Division at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, where she advances the integration of renewable energy within Israel’s energy sector. She is a graduate of the Cadets for Public Service program and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees, both with distinction, in the humanities and social sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
