Ms. Irit Heitner Shayo serves as Director of the Local Government and Initiatives Division at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, where she works to advance the transition to sustainable energy in local authorities. Previously, she was responsible for promoting training and education for sustainable energy. She holds a master’s degree in humanities and a master’s degree in public policy both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
