Trained as an attorney, Tal previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Projects and Entrepreneurship at the Malgam Group.
In 2021, he was appointed CEO of the Company for Community Centers.
In parallel, he served as a board member at NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Noga.
