A variety of flight times are available for EILAT EILOT participants who are booking through the online registration and booking system
Important Information:
► The flight to Eilat takes about 40 min.
► All prices include luggage; 1 checked bag up to 20 kg, and 1 carryon bag up to 7 kg measuring maximum 20x40x55cm
► The official carrier of the conference is Arkia
► There are flights from/to Ben Gurion Airport only.
► A full charge will be made upon reservation
► If you wish to book flights on other dates or hours than offered through the online registration and booking system, please contact Arkia directly and book through them.
Please note you will not need a printed ticket. Please ensure to bring your Valid ID/Passport.

Bus Transportation on Thursday, Jan 22 at 18:00
Bus transportation is offered to the conference attendees on Thursday, Jan 22 at 18:00 from Dan Eilat to Tel-Aviv Savidor Central railway station with a stop at Be’er Sheva Merkaz train Station.
Cost: 135 NIS per person
Booking is available through the online registration and booking system.

Payments will be charged via the conference registration form and will be refunded according to the cancellation policy below.

When paid by credit card the total amount of your reservation can be divided up to 3 payments free of interest charges.
Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secured server.

Flights Cancellation Policy
Accommodation & Transportation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd., by email at EilatEilot@ortra.com as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the conference) – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee.
If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of reservation refund will be made as follows:
- Before November 9, 2025 – 100% refund of registration fees less 100 NIS handling fee.
- From November 9, 2025, until November 30, 2025 – 50% refund of registration fee
- From December 1, 2025 – No refund
* Flight cancellation fees are calculated separately from registration cancellation fees and will be charged as a supplement.
